Initially, I received one where the box was seemingly sealed. Opened it up and tried to place it on the motherboard and found it didnt sit properly. Upon closer inspection, the pins were bent. Extremely disapponted at this point as my son was really excited about building the PC. Also found it odd that the pins could be bent when it arrived in a sealed box. Although, I did also find it strange that the little wee Ryzen sticker that comes with the CPU was missing. Perhaps, it was an opened box after all and Amazon didnt bother checking their returns and passing it straight to the next customer, which is very common.

Leider unzuverlässig, CPU ist nach 3 Wochen Betrieb ohne vorherige Zeichen ausgestiegen. Keine Überhitzung keine Beanspruchung über Limit. Trotzdem defekt.

Why buy intel when this is a thing

Upgraded from a ryzen 1700 and still noticed the difference in the Zen 2 architecture, Gaming is better with the single threaded improvements, productively is up also, I do a lot of video editing and this chip is nice and quick and Im able to keep on top of everything more easy. The best bang for the buck CPU Ive ever bought considering how long it will be relevant for & how much performance you get across all work loads. I got it shortly after launch date and havent had any issues

Given the popularity of this chipset I have very little to add that has not already been said. Buy it.
