This is a fantastic CPU and it arrived working. However form the CPU packaging you can tell how its treated while shipping. The rating was not given to the product itself but rather the way that the package was being handled.

The processor is an upgrade from R7 3700X/3800X.

Es verdad que hay procesadores mejores pero desde luego a otro precio. Este va fenomenal tanto en juegos como en productividad general.
