> 3 dayThese work until they don’t. They need to be calibrated every 3 months or so and replaced every year. I recommend if you have the space in your tank or sump running 2 (the Neptune Apex has 2 Ph ports). Why not? Nothing worse than seeing parameters drift with no explanation. You’ll know when they stop working because suddenly your PH will become erratic or drift. They’re no better or worse than the Neptune “brand” version. I recommend getting some Ph solution to make sure they arrive calibrated correctly. I have ordered 2 and both have been good out of the box but you never know.

> 3 dayI have used many probes this one came broken Pinpoint are as a rule a good probe mine was encrusted about 1 above the rubber tip cover had to soak probe to remove rubber cover. Then it did not work well in Cal. solution then after looking it over well I noticed the sensor bulb was broken full refund and got a Neptune and I prefer them and Milwaukee myself But they all can be broken

> 3 dayBeen working great for the last two months on a Reef Angel +. Upon arrival, there was some seepage but it calibrated quickly and has been going strong since. Wouldnt hesitate to order another.

> 3 dayThe first time I used this the bulb broke and the original one is still good over a year later. I will not buy from here again and will only purchase this item directly from the manufacturer.

> 3 dayI had purchased from a friend the electronic part of the PH Monitor but he had broken the probe. Luckily I found this one from these sellers and it was perfect and brand new at a good price. Better than having to spent a 100 on a new unit.

> 3 dayGood value. Holds its calibration well and stabilises at a new reading fairly quickly. Its not a high priced unit so I did do a quick check on the accuracy. After calibrating with standard buffers at 7.0 and 10.01 I made up a pH 7.8 potassium phosphate buffer solution and the probe (with American Marine pinpoint pH meter) gave a reading 0f 7.79. Im a home user and only interested in the range from 7.0 to 9.0 so please bear that in mind when reading my review.
