> 3 dayThis particular roller part for a screen door will wear out over time from constant door use, so replacing it is expected. Buying from this company was easy and direct and arrived quickly. I now know who to order from if the other one on my door wears out, which it eventually will. Thanks!

> 3 dayThis piece worked and fit perfectly in my Anderson sliding screen door. I wasnt even sure of the exact year of my door but this is, infact, the right one. It was easy to remove the two old broken wheels and insert this one. It is very clear how it goes in. Now my door is working smoothly. Im so glad I thought to do this rather than replace the whole screen. I saved boat loads. This was so easy and convenient

> 3 dayOrdered 2 days ago and the rollers (I ordered 2) came in today. Just line up adjustment screw with side and pop into place. I did not do the adjustment, but it appears that rotating screw clockwise lowers wheel. Great replacement parts for my Anderson sliding screen door.

Greater than one weekNow our screen slider doors move easily and dont jump their tracks. Andersen has a short video to explain how to install this item.

> 3 dayWorked like a charm. Make sure you know which kind of roller you need before ordering. I blindly ordered the wrong kind first and didnt realize I had it wrong until I took the door off the tracks and pulled out the old roller (which is really easy to do, so just do that before ordering)!

Greater than one weekAfter 10 years in the Tucson heat our old rollers had become pretty worn out. These are perfect (I think OEM) replacements. There is a little trick to removing the old ones that involves using a very small nail or mini-screwdriver to pop the old units out . Before I figured this out I had a couple end up rattling around inside the aluminum track ... not a real problem but its easy to get them out if you study the design before attacking the removal. A good shot of a silicone lubricant would not be a bad idea from time to time.
