It was the perfect replacement for my broken slider screen door latch.

Builder didnt install one, so I ordered this. Came with the mounting screw and the lock fits perfectly with the screen door.

Perfect, its as described and is exactly what I needed. It came with the screw also which was exactly like the screw that I removed.

Secures screen door closed from mild pressure. My cats can no longer open screen with their paws and and then leave open for bugs and their pleasure. (photo 1). The screen pet door is too much trouble. Ha! (pic 2). One note, be careful you dont inadvertently turn the tab to lock position while the door is open as you could clip the tab of if you close the screen hard. I think that is what happened to mine. It lasted 15 years.

Exact replacement just off the chart price for a small piece of plastic! Shouldn’t cost more than 1.50$ not $9.00!

I accidentally broke this piece for our sliding screen door. I needed to replace it quickly because we have cats that love sitting by the screen door. I couldnt find anything locally. I got this in a day and it fit perfectly. What a relief! Kitties approved too!
