This is a great two-in-one product: a silicone pad to rest your flat iron for travel or home use without having to worry about damaging your vanity (or causing a burn mark on a bed spread, etc.). It also serves as a travel or storage sleeve to hold/ insert your hot hair tool as soon when it’s not in use. Awesome! Its just great to have peace of mind when resting such a hot item on a vanity top. Honestly, I didnt even know these products existed, so when I saw it on Amazon, I just had to order it! It is well made and, being that its silicone, I know that it will last a very long time. Ive used it a few times so far, and no complaints whatsoever!

Nice thick mat that keeps my counters from getting hot or damaged from my hair straightener. Its wide enough for a variety of hair tools including my hair straightener, hair curler and crimper. Will not tear easily.

This simple pouch is brilliant. I love the three-in-one benefits: it protects my counters from the 400+ degree temperatures, it keeps my curling wands and flat irons from slipping off my counter while Im styling my hair, and it provides some additional protection for my tools while traveling. I also love the pretty shade of hot pink. This was everything I was hoping it would be.

Ive been balancing my hair straightener on the edge of my sink for over a decade so that it doesnt burn my counter top. I love that I can set this on top of the mat while Im straightening my hair and then when Im done, I can just toss my straightener in the pouch and store it away. These are so good for hot tools. You can protect your counter and then put your hot tool in the sleeve and not have to let it sit out to cool. Great if you have kids.

This ANGENIL Resistant Silicone Mat Pouch is great for my hair straighteners and other hair tools. Its made of silicone, so I can leave my hair tools on it while theyre heating up, without worry. This mat can withstand heat thats up to 480°F. Most of my hair tools only go up to 450°F. Its also great for travel. I just keep my hair straightener in the pouch so I can pull it out, use it, and then let it cool off on the mat. I also like the color.

My wife always leaves her curling iron or hair straightener on the tile floor after she uses them to cool. She doesnt like leaving a hot curling iron on the counter.
