ANUOYE Reptile Heat Lamp, Heating Lamps for Terrarium with Two UVA/UVB Heat Bulbs Turtle Basking Light with Clamp and Adjustable Switch for Terrarium

Received my lights but one bulb was broken.

With the onset of winter, a properly working uva light bulb is essential to keep my turtles warm and healthy. Since experts recommend changing the bulbs every six months, I was in need of replacements. This ANUOYE 50 watt bulb fits into my heat lamps socket and works fine. My turtles rushed right up the ramp to bask under its warmth as soon as I turned on the light. I will update once the bulb blows out to confirm longevity.

I have only used 1 bulb and I’m not very pleased. It went out after about a day and a half of use for my turtle’s tank. It makes sense why they give a 4 pack…that should be just enough to last a week while ordering a more long lasting bulb. They are pretty small too so I feel like the size of them does t work for the jib they’re supposed to do. I was very disappointed in these bulbs. Easy to install in the lamp but doesn’t last.

This is a nice compact basking light/ heat lamp. Features I like: 1) Strong spring clip; 2) good quality stainless steel bendable arm; 3) solid steel light shroud; 4) large thumb controlled dimmer wheel/switch (infinite adjustment of heat & light intensity within the bulb’s range); 5) heat output is significant; 6) the power cord has reasonable length (42 inches); 7) the 2 bulbs included give me the option of 25 watts or 50 watts of power. That’s a lot to like. I really don’t see any flaws. I think it’s priced reasonably for the quality/ value provided. Happy with the choice and would purchase again. Five stars in my book.

I admit to being a bit overwhelmed with the UV/UVA-UVB specs and criteria. My turtle is 20yrs old, when i got her it was just “UV” light. Anyway, this lamp and bulbs cover whatever is needed, as it offers both UVA and UVB light. It puts off a good bit of heat for its’ size, so i just point it at my turtles’ basking area, and everyone’s happy! For reference purposes, the turtle pictured with the light is probably about 4 inches in length — aka, the lamp is tiny. I’d say the bulb is 2-2.5 inches in diameter. I’m saying this because my turtle in about 8-10 inches in length, so the lamp needs to be close, i just make sure that it isn’t so close that the heat is uncomfortable. So far, so good! I’ll update if needed.

I make homemade bread and lately I’ve been having a hard time getting my dough to rise because I keep my house/kitchen a bit on the cool side. I’ve tried turning the temperature in the house up, but then we’re all uncomfortable, so thinking outside of the box, I starting looking into some type of lamp that would warm the area where my dough is rising without it being so hot that it cooks the dough while it’s rising. This lamp works awesome for that! I noticed a dramatic improvement, I’m so happy! This lamp has a clamp, so you can move it anywhere there’s a place to clamp it, and the arm or hose or whatever it’s called, is flexible, so you can maneuver and point it anywhere you want. It seems pretty sturdy, so I’m not worried about it getting broken somehow. And the package came with two bulbs, so I’m set to go for a while. The heat setting is easily adjustable just by turning a knob, which is great since I probably won’t need it to be as warm in the summer. While I bought this for baking assistance rather for a reptile, I would imagine it would work perfectly on any aquarium.

Comes with two bulbs and Ive only used the 25 watt bulb so far but it gives off a good amount of heat. Great value for the price! Cord is a bit on the short side but I love the clip and adjustability of the lamp itself.

Great for little reptiles. I used if for my lil chick that needed extra attention. Works well.

Great pack of bulbs. My local stores dont carry large packs like this. I love the savings of the bulk pack. And these bulbs work very well for my small tanks.
