> 3 dayWorks well to test nitrite, however Id recommend just getting the master test kit for the price of the two. Youre better off getting more tests than just this one. This test has been accurate and helped me lower my nitrites though.

> 3 dayI have bought and used may API test kits over the years and they are usually a reliable product. But this one has me baffled. Is it a return or just a quality control issue. First off, upon receiving it, I took out the instructions to read them. HUM???? Instructions are for a NITRATE test kit, not NITRITE test kit. Ok, simple instructions are on the back of the color card. so, I start the test and add water & drops to the test tube, snap on the cap and turn it upside down as instructions. The water/fluid leaks out! I press on the cap hard but it still leaks. BUMMER!!!!!! None of my other test tube and caps leak. Come on API, get your act together. Is this a QC issue or do you sell seconds on Amazon????
