Apple 2021 11-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular 2TB - Silver

Very disappointed. Was eager to get my ipad pro but then i saw a dead pixel on the screen. contacted amazon support and asked me to massage the screen. offered me 10% compensation which is 70$ for the trouble of returning. also, amazon cannot exchange for a new one. dont know why. apparently because of the high price value. in the end, i returned it. note that if there is a dead pixel, there is a high probability that there will be more dead pixels in the future.

I have tried previous generations of the iPad Pro from 2018 and returned them all. None of them fit my expectations. But this 11” model with the M1 chip is a game changer. The size and weight is exactly what I wanted, the apps have been massively improved and although there are lots of complaints about not getting a MacOS for the M1 iPad Pro, iPadOS 15 is meeting my needs. I got the 256gb so that I don’t run out of storage. I chose the M1 version vs the 2020 version for a longer lifespan. Highly recommend.

Love my new iPad. This is the third one I’ve owned and needed the upgraded features.

It’s an okay device but touchscreen doesn’t always respond and for the price you can’t even upload files and edit Office Excel or Word without a monthly subscription and I already own the Full Version of Office, but you can’t get those types of files on the device via usb c which can be done on a real computer. This is 100% NOT a desktop replacement as they advertise.

Does what it is supposed to do

This item arrived defective. Apple would not replace the item because I did not buy the Care Plan. I was shocked. Apple has certainly changed how it views its customers.

I love how the new pen magnetically attaches to the pad and charges so you don’t need to think about it just use it.
