my mother in law ordered two of these and one came broken, the other has a battery life of a green bean. There is no number to contact company directly. My kids were so excited to get these and they dont even get to use them.

It took two tries to get a suitable unit. While the first one looked good and operated OK, the battery was a complete mess. It would be at 100% and then drop within minute to a much lower charge and be down to 20% or so within a half hour. Itd hover there for a bit and then shut down the iPad. Tried all of the Apple fixes to extend battery life and recalibrate. Nothing worked so asked for a replacement iPad. It took about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered but it works fine -- battery behaves as desired.

This renewed ipad does not connect to the internet via wifi no matter how many times you restart it. Amazon Tech support was of no help, as they were suggesting restarting my router while everything else in the house was connected to wifi and working properly. Unable to complete start up of this ipad since it would not hold the connection to wifi for more than 2 seconds before getting an error message stating unable to connect to _____ (wifi SSID). Returning this and buying a reliable new one. Save your money and buy a new one.

I typically avoid refurbished products but I decided to give this one a try because it is for a 6 year old. I am very glad I purchased this item. This pad is in perfect condition, looks brand new. I would not hesitate to buy another refurbished item from this seller.
