Archer Polycarbonate Hardside Spinner Luggage Set, Tie Down Straps, Light Purple, 2-Piece

This looks like very well made luggage, but, given the photo in the listing, I assumed the 2 piece included the two smaller ones but it actually included the small one and the giant one, which is 29. If you count the lines on the photo in the listing (which did not specify which one was being sent), it should have been the 25. So I was disappointed. I would have purchased the 25 to go with it as a 3 piece set if I had known. They dont have a 25 one available in any color, so the one I really wanted, I dont have a way of getting.

These suitcases are of poor quality. The inner zippers broke during the first use while on vacation. We are really disappointed because now they are useless to us. If the seller would like to discuss further, I’d be happy to.

We just got back from a trip and used this bag for the first time. It is of good quality and held up to the baggage handling process at two airports looking good as new. The rollers glide along without any issues, making this easy to pull.

Only one trip and the zipper is destroyed, not really strong or good quality as advertised. I would like to be considerate for replacement the large bag

This bag is very cheaply made. The zippers broke on the first day of use. Very disappointed as once the zippers break on the top and bottom you cannot really use it anymore.

Perfect size, travels well. Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didnt work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. Its well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should. I have returned to my 5 star rating.

Works well for traveling and being a carryon. Can fit 2 weeks of clothes in it. Zipper is smooth and easy to close/open. The combo lock is easy to set and useful if you need to lock it. So far pretty durable!

I got the blue-navy 2 piece set. The 28 and the 20. The wheels are great and handles are gel-like, they are BOTH expandable luggage AND they both have built-in 3 digit number coded locks. When you open the luggage they have compartments especially the 20 has a whole bunch of compartments inside. This set is well worth the money. I am very excited to use them.
