Well this bag seems small at first it packs plenty of features! Everything about this bag is high-quality. The version they sent me also has a TSA lock! I’m not sure if this is a new feature but it was not advertised. Bonus!

I loved these for the price, size and at first loved quality of the suitcases. I’ve mostly just used the carry on and was excited for the multiple pockets and ease of the hard-shell for traveling. However, after only 2 uses (with not much in them), the inner lining zipper would get caught on itself and ends up easily coming undone. I should have contacted seller right away but did not and continued use, now only after 5 uses the zipper has come away from it completely and am unable to fix, so that pocket is now useless. I really wanted to love these but now feel I’ve wasted my money and wishing there is a way to contact seller or fix the zipper, because otherwise I loved them!

Bought this on sale for travel. I hate checking a bag, so I avoid it at all costs. I can easily fit 5 days of clothes in this bag, because it’s so well laid out. I recently went on a 3 day trip with lots of weather variation and fit clothes, 2 coats, a pair of boots, toiletries/hair tools, and souvenirs in this bag.

Very high quality suitcase. I have a set of Samsonite and this is right up there in quality. The price tag is average for a good suitcase and if you travel often you will appreciate the investment. Highly recommend

It does what its supposed to. Seems like good quality. Sturdy. Very smooth wheels, which I like.

I’ve used this suit case maybe 5 times and the zipper is broke and the buckle on the inside ripped out. Not impressed!

This was a great bag, but unfortunately the interior zipper broke right after my first travel with it. There was no time for “normal wear and tear” to take place, and no hard tugging, etc. not sure if I received a dud or what

Upon first use (!) the internal zips (which are supposed to separate the compartments) stuck and came off the track. I am a seasoned traveler. My previous suitcase from another manufacturer lasted over a decade! A cheap, inferior product. Made worse by the manufacturer not offering any warranty support notwithstanding the item was purchased in and delivered to California, but now in my house in the EU. A waste of money and not fit for purpose.

Suitcase was working great. The sizes were both perfect for when and where I traveled. Unfortunately after about 6 uses the zipper broke which has now made it pretty difficult and annoying to use because everything flies out upon opening the suitcase. For the price, I wasn’t expecting something like this to happen and am very disappointed.
