I loved these for the price, size and at first loved quality of the suitcases. I’ve mostly just used the carry on and was excited for the multiple pockets and ease of the hard-shell for traveling. However, after only 2 uses (with not much in them), the inner lining zipper would get caught on itself and ends up easily coming undone. I should have contacted seller right away but did not and continued use, now only after 5 uses the zipper has come away from it completely and am unable to fix, so that pocket is now useless. I really wanted to love these but now feel I’ve wasted my money and wishing there is a way to contact seller or fix the zipper, because otherwise I loved them!

So, I love the look of this luggage. The green is great. The wheels move very smoothly too and its easy to maneuver. The exterior zipper functions perfectly, but the inside zipper stopped working after only a couple uses. It is very frustrating because I couldnt return it then and now that side of the suitcase isnt really functional, which makes using the suitcase difficult and annoying. Feels like I wasted my money for something I cant get full use out of now.

Good bag strong on most points. Shell, wheels, inside space, all very good. Weak point plastic piece that connects the Handel to the metal telescoping handlebars. It snapped off with only 9 mounts of use. If you travel once a mount or less good bag. But if your a weekly traveler not so good. Last point and most important point I could not find any contact info for seller site.

The inside zippers don’t work and came broken. Very disappointed.

Bought this on sale for travel. I hate checking a bag, so I avoid it at all costs. I can easily fit 5 days of clothes in this bag, because it’s so well laid out. I recently went on a 3 day trip with lots of weather variation and fit clothes, 2 coats, a pair of boots, toiletries/hair tools, and souvenirs in this bag.

The zippers broke within a month of me buying it. I travel a lot for work I was excited about this purchase now completely dissatisfied. I bought the suitcase to replace a workhorse that I had in the past that had a wheel break. I bought this during Amazon days and looked like it was a good deal, great wheels and the reviews were good but the interior is beyond shotty.

Loved the looks and initial use, but on my third trip with these, the external zipper busted and so did the internal. It was packed under the weight limit and closed fine, but the two-way zipper failed. One pull leaves it always open. The internal divider zipper did the same thing. I submitted a warranty claim but have not heard back yet.

Well this bag seems small at first it packs plenty of features! Everything about this bag is high-quality. The version they sent me also has a TSA lock! I’m not sure if this is a new feature but it was not advertised. Bonus!
