Greater than one weekMy temps on my 5800x are very stable using this paste, I previously used thermal paste prepackaged with my cpu fans but for how cheap this is, it is definitely a step up.

> 3 dayI use the Kraken x62 to keep my CPU cool. Temps were fine until I decided to change to an 8700k, using some stock thermal paste that came with an air cooler I used previously. I thought thermal paste doesnt matter - they all work the same right? Wrong. My temperatures were abnormally high despite using a liquid cooler at a 4.7 GHz overclock. Idle temps were in the mid 40s to 50s. Stress test pushed temperatures to 92 C. Even when I dropped the voltage below 1.2V, the temperature rose to the high 80s.
