> 3 dayI used it to cool my amd phenom ii x4 965be and I am seeing a significant change from my old paste that came the heatsink. My old paste idled around 34-35c which was a little to warm for me and now it idles at 26-32 and under load was around 55c while playing fortnite not its running like 49-51c. Very impressed with this thermal paste and would buy again
