I like the material and the resistance on all 3 strengths. I walked around the whole 1st level of my house with a arena band on and it stayed put..so awesome I dont have to fight with this band !! Love em so far!

Love these bands! They are durable and all the same circumference so you don’t have to squeeze into it to get more resistance.

I have been using the bands for a couple of months now and absolutely love them! I decided to add the Arena monthly training programme alongside my regular training to really target the glutes with the bands and so far really like it, glutes are definitely activated :). Its great that one can do the programme at ones own pace as well. The Arena trainers are super responsive in the FB group and its motivating to see other peoples progress and results there. Highly recommend both the bands and the training Arena offer.
