They were a little stiff at first but once you break them in they can be quite effective and give a good burn.

Love these bands! I started a workout program that used an elastic resistance band that constantly rolled and painfully dug into my skin. I found out about these on facebook and was skeptical about all of the five star reviews but took a chance and I’m so glad I did!

These bands are fantastic! I have used the common plastic thera-bands in the past, they roll, slip, and break easily. My Arena bands stay put, come in three strength options, and lots of additional support/workout videos. I would definitely recommend them to anyone working out at home.

After reading so many 5-star reviews about the Arena Strength Booty Bands, I was convinced to place my order and it arrived quickly! Im in my 50s, 56 and 120lbs. I have always had a small booty and it takes continuous effort to maintain even the slightest curve, so I am excited to see how the Arena Strength Booty Bands will enhance my workouts and hopefully give me more of a booty!

These are great bands, but a little expensive compared to other great bands out there. I got used to the pink band pretty quickly so I use the black one now. I never used the gray one which is a shame for the price I paid. Update... I started using the grey band for certain exercises and some of the rubber elastics have snapped and theyre poking out of the material. The bands also lose shape.

These bands are hands down the best resistance bands out there! I’ve bought so many of the rubber ones only to have them constantly rolling up on me. These stay in place and the three different strengths are just right!

Great bands!! Only issue I can think of is that I wish they came in different sizes. They are slightly wider than I need for certain moves. I have to go back to my older bands for certain moves. But other than that they are great. Good quality, cloth doesn’t roll like the rubber ones tend to.
