I have wanted a new set of hip resistance bands for ages and I finally came across Arena Strength bands. These bands are seriously the nicest colors and material. Super soft against and will not dig into your skin! The strength of each band is ideal- they are all challenging for me and add another level of complexity to my workouts. I use the heaviest band for deadlifts and alternate between the light/medium for squats, hip thrusts, lunges, warm up etc. The variety of ways in which you can use these bands to spice up your workouts is endless!

After reading a lot of reviews i went with these bands and so far i love them!! Its been 2 weeks and i use them every other day and i already am seeing a result in my legs and butt! They dont slide or fold at all.

I love these bands!! I’m a spinaholic as well as a gym girl. I’ve used plastic bands in the past and hated how they would squeeze my legs and then they’d flap over and hurt. These are fabulous. They’re easy to get on. They’re comfortable while I’m doing the exercises. They don’t twist or turn. They are definitely worth the purchase!
