These bands are the best bands I have tried! They are well made, no slipping and the 3 levels of tension are perfect. I love how thick the bands are, no rolling while using them.

I love that these have the stretch of the latex resistance bands but dont roll like other fabric bands. I have tried other fabric bands and there is no stretch at all!! Even with the light i feel a nice burn!!

Loved the durability of the straps and different strengths in each of them. The learning workout book was also really nice.

These are in my top three set of bands. They are sturdy and have very good resistance. I love the color scheme. These bands feel and look like quality. I had a great workout using these bands. I will give an update after I get more use from them on if they stretch out and loose resistance. As of now I have no complaints.
