I am truly disappointed. We just installed this in our new house and the sprayer leaks horribly and is unusable. I would not buy this product again!!!!

Extremely cheap faucet that looks pretty but doesn’t function well. Bad review is solely because it takes FOREVER to fill up a SMALL bathtub. Literally takes 10 minutes to fill a small tub 2/3 full to soak in. I emphasize small tub.... if you had a more normal/larger size tub then it would take even longer. House pressure has nothing to do with this review. House pressure is great and had plumber set pressure at 60 psi (and double check it) which was a little higher than he wanted to go. The purpose of a tub filler is to fill it up quickly not sit around and wait forever on it.

Overall a decent product for the price. I originally received the incorrect length of hoses included with product (approximately 4 inches too long). However, upon contacting the seller they sent me the correct fixtures right away. I’d agree with the other product review that it needs a better mounting system. Matte black looks sharp and matched rest of bathroom fixtures.

It says 1/2 supply lines and they are to big for my 1/2 by 1/2 shut offs

Overall, this is a great standing faucet for the price. It could have a better mounting design and the stacked pieces could be a better fit to be perfect, but my contractor added in a shim to straighten the look and feel. It is a solid construction and the pieces feel good in the hand.
