Artiqua Freestanding Bathtub Faucet Tub Filler Black Floor Mount Single Handle with Hand Shower

Our contractor said this was a very well mad faucet and looked expensive. I think it looks beautiful.

Extremely cheap faucet that looks pretty but doesn’t function well. Bad review is solely because it takes FOREVER to fill up a SMALL bathtub. Literally takes 10 minutes to fill a small tub 2/3 full to soak in. I emphasize small tub.... if you had a more normal/larger size tub then it would take even longer. House pressure has nothing to do with this review. House pressure is great and had plumber set pressure at 60 psi (and double check it) which was a little higher than he wanted to go. The purpose of a tub filler is to fill it up quickly not sit around and wait forever on it.

The faucet arrived very shortly after being ordered. The install was easy, and after installation, the faucet is very sturdy. It looks beautiful and works as expected. There was a minor issue with the order, but I called the supplier and they corrected the issue immediately (better than I would’ve expected), without charge. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The faucet is gorgeous, but the customer service is even better! I damaged a line during the installation (my fault!) But they replaced the line at no cost to me! Immediate response by phone, and incredibly kind!
