I sent an email to the vender that the fixture was defective & the hoses were too long. Although there were only a few parts that were defective, Customer service was fantastic & they actually sent me all new parts! The faucet is beautiful and looks fantastic with my free standing black tub! My plumbers finished reinstalling it today and it works perfectly.

Almos purchased the Moen but Im glad we didnt since this is a really well-made and well-priced tub faucet. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

This tubfiller is a great addition to our free standing tub. The large curved neck allows the base of the filler to be mounted at a comfortable distance from the tub and still have the water fall directly into the tub. The hose for the wand is coated so it doesnt scratch the tub, but I would still be careful just in case. Theres a little nub on the selector switch to let you know if your using the wand or the spout.

This faucet is surprisingly heavy and feels very high quality. A great deal for the money.
