The customer service from Ling was outstanding.

I sent an email to the vender that the fixture was defective & the hoses were too long. Although there were only a few parts that were defective, Customer service was fantastic & they actually sent me all new parts! The faucet is beautiful and looks fantastic with my free standing black tub! My plumbers finished reinstalling it today and it works perfectly.

Beautiful faucet but needs shorter water supply hoses. The company said they will send shorter ones.
