ASA New VFR Kneeboard ASA-KB-1-A

This is a great basic product with some good references. It does what it is suppose to no problem. I only gave it 4 stars because some of the text on the board had come off when I received it. It makes me think as it gets more use throughout its life more might start coming off.

This kneeboard is just what I needed. Should’ve had one years ago, even as a VFR pilot. Now that instrument training is about to start, it’s a necessity.

Great kneeboard for all pilots with most of the important information on there. However, it is a little small for regular notebooks and other documents.

Bought this for flight training, it came quick in the mail, and the quality is amazing.

Im not sure how I managed to accumulate almost 10 hours of student flying before getting one of these. if youre a student, do yourself a favor and get this (or any) kneeboard right off the bat. Its a small, sturdy, glorified clipboard with a leg strap. Makes taking notes and writing down ATC instructions painless.

Works fine but needs a pen holder. I had to add one to make the board useful. I also put on some non-slip material so I could mount a tablet without it sliding around.
