Greater than one weekI have owned the computer for over a week, and I find sometimes it will just freeze up and I have to hold the power tab for nearly a minute before it responds and shuts down. I realize it was a returned unit that I purchased, but so far this is the only problem with the unit.

> 3 dayI was under the impression that this could handle heavy work. It can handle medium to light. So for college this is fine for me. But for many others who have more advanced work. Find something else

> 3 dayIf you bought this with 16GB RAM, 4GB is already set for Vega3 graphics in BIOS which you can adjust to your liking. Also, your SSD comes pre-formatted with a recovery partition that stores an OEM copy of Windows10 and the recovery tools, which is usually about 10GB, plus Windows terrible NTFS formatting loss = usable space of 237.5GB< out of a 256GB SSD about.

> 3 dayRight off the bat, it seems a bit slow despite the extra RAM, however, for the price, this is great. will update if I have any issues.

> 3 dayThe seller got the item sent to us very quickly and in time for Christmas. So far, the laptop appears decent, although I’ll update this review if that changes. It came with 20GB ram rather than the 16GB advertised (yay) but only 238GB hard drive rather than the 256GB advertised (boo). I think they got confused by the way that memory works - the computer has 254,930,128,896 bytes, which may have looked to them as being 255GB but megabytes have 1024 bytes in them rather than 1000 bytes, so it’s not. Still, it’s more than enough storage for our needs, so I’ll let it go.

> 3 dayReturning it because I dont want to deal with trying to fix the BSOD anymore with suggestions from the web. But I do like the this particular Asus Vivo Book model, size and overall performance (when the BSOD doesnt occur - that is) as well as the prompt arrival of my original order so Im reordering it and giving it another go. Will definitely update my rating of this product in the near future based on the new order from the same seller.

> 3 dayBought this for my wife and so far it has worked out very well. Unit responds quickly and runs nicely. The only issue I had was the bios setup for booting. The only thing there was the boot drive, and I could not get ASUS to understand or fix this issue which is very simple. Wanted the USB to be recognized so I could back it up.
