It’s very sad to receive none working laptop and to wait almost a month till items picked up and refund back payment. It’s bad experience

My daughter was able to get this computer for her college classes with her financial aid. Very thin, light weight especially when a student is carrying lots of books, she is quite happy that she found it.

This computer rarely works. We are lucky to have it turn on!

I purchased it with 17gb of RAM but it came with 20gb. Was supposed to be a 256gb SSD but it came with a 1000gb SSD. Bonus. Paid the expedited shipping, $65, but it took almost a week so the fee was waived! Sweet. It is a lot heavier than I thought so I assume the case is much stronger than my five year old ASUS laptop.

Bought this to replace an ancient Lenovo laptop. This is not a daily use machine, but one I carry down to our winter home, and use under the stars when out with a telescope. As such, most of what I’ve done with it has been loading the necessary software for both uses. Have been satisfied with the system so far.

I like the size & weight. Colors on the screen are bright. I am pleased. Out tech guy who transferred xata from my old laptop to this ASUS was really impressed. He may buy one for himself.

Runs well, plays games well. Make sure after windows update that you update the video drivers on your own. Good all around machine for school work and games.
