When I got the product it was a fantasic open. And the setup easy and quick. Its good for gaming but not uber hyper ultra gaming like red dead 2. My major disappointment is the battery life which is abysmal lasting only about two hours while gaming off its power cord. But so long as you keep it plugged in then your good to go. I cant hate on it just for its battery life and I really like the slick look and feel of it.

Screen quality is good for the most part. One thing I noticed that I havent seen on other devices is sometimes YouTube will not work properly and most of the screen will end up being blocked as one solid colour if you switch from a different tab into it. This can be remedied by Alt-Tabbing around again but still strange that that happens. The battery is also a bit weaker than what Ive seen on some HP but that was expected due to the stronger computer needing more energy. Plugged in it wont be a problem though. Games run well on this device. the F keys are bound unusually too allow the games usage to be first priority. If something uses the F1 key you dont need to worry about muting yourself by accident. You will need to hold the FN key to actually use the F keys for their labelled purpose. Overall this device is good, flawed in some aspects but a good laptop, one that is significantly better than any office laptop

dont buy bought two of them and both broke

I had the laptop for a couple months. No drops, no water damage. Screen just went black. Asus customer service is the worst! Amazon was wonderful though, very helpful yet they couldnt get a hold of Asus either. Eventually i was shipped a new laptop. Same model. Same issue. A few months of normal use and the screen just goes black while watching a movie. Once again, the customer service from Asus is absolute trash! Will not be using this company ever again in the future. Suck it, Asus. Unless they send me a better laptop of a different model they have lost a customer for life.

Me fue terriblemente mal con este equipo, el equipo es potente y tiene buena duración de batería, pero alos 20 dias de uso, comenzaron a aparecer unas lineas horizontales en la parte superior las cuales se fueron intensificando, ahora aparecen las lineas junto con un parpadeo que hacen imposible utilizar el equipo.

ASUS has some outstanding laptops and this was one of them. It was a christmas gift for a young grandson. Its been several months now and he uses it every day and also carries it with him wherever he goes (and I mean everywhere). Hes still very happy with it, primarily because it has enough cpu power and ram to play just about any game Steam has to offer.

The product material is not clear. I thought it include total two m.2 slots plus one SATA slot for SSD/HDD. The model of FA506IH-AS53 (1650 display) include one m.2 and one SATA only. (Attached is how it looks inside). It is still good for the price and I am happy with the product so far.

I’m not a big PC gamer but I bought this one bc they are built much better than basic Laptop for a little extra cost. For the price this laptop is A+. Battery life is OK but I knew that prior to buying it.

Laptop itself is a nice piece and performs well. And plays all the games i want. Very impressed on the look and durable. The charger has loose cable coming out of the base. I found this when i opened the box for the first time.
