> 3 dayI had the laptop for a couple months. No drops, no water damage. Screen just went black. Asus customer service is the worst! Amazon was wonderful though, very helpful yet they couldnt get a hold of Asus either. Eventually i was shipped a new laptop. Same model. Same issue. A few months of normal use and the screen just goes black while watching a movie. Once again, the customer service from Asus is absolute trash! Will not be using this company ever again in the future. Suck it, Asus. Unless they send me a better laptop of a different model they have lost a customer for life.
