I ended up returning this laptop. I had problems with a game tha wasnt high volume graphic. There was a lot of screen tearing. I ended up reinstalling windows 3 times per tech support. i was eventually told to return the laptop, a hardware component (probably the graphic card) was bad.

I absolutely love this laptop. I bought it in November 2020 and so far it runs smoothly and performs as good as I had hoped. I bought it for my son who loves playing games like roblox, minecraft and also fortnite (Fortnite runs at about 30 to 60fps). The Volume is ok - could have been a little louder, but its fine. He uses this laptop for school, youtubing and light gaming. Overall, its an excellent laptop for the price. Im glad I made this choice!

For this amount of money u cant find a better laptop specs I recommend to upgrade to 16 GB ram makes the computer heat less works better and it is super easy with this computer

This laptop was buggy from the start. I barely ever used it, it never had any damage, and still, the display died on me only a year and a half after I bought it. First the screen had horizontal flickering bands appearing across the screen, as shown in the picture. Then one day the screen went all black and died. It hasn’t worked since. After doing some research, apparently faulty displays are a common problem with this model. I contacted ASUS and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The repair would cost too much so I had to scrap the whole thing. Don’t buy this garbage laptop.

Ive had it for over a month now and was waiting to leave a review. Very satisfied with it (got the AMD CPU version). I can play all the games I want, some of them are AAA latest titles (had to lower graphics settings to medium for a steady FPS) but overall Im impressed. Im using a neat cooling pad so overheating has not been an issue so far. Thinking of upgrading RAM and SSD though. But overall I strongly recommend this laptop.
