> 3 dayAbsolutely fantastic. Fits both my ski boots, and my helmet. I keep my gloves, goggles, and a few other small things inside the helmet and it works great! It also fits my camelbak! I was unsure if I liked the one strap until I saw someone with the same bag and they had their ski poles pressed against their chest held by.the one strap! Had skis In one hand, everything in bag, and poles across chest almost like and archer lol. Just make sure you put the strap over your head and across your chest. Leaves me with one free hand which is crucial UPDATE!!!! .... I found the second strap haha. Was in a pocket I didnt see. I still like the one strap method I mentioned tho haha. Fantastic bag

> 3 dayFits boots, helmet and a lot of clothes. When it’s full it’s heavy and bulky. I wouldn’t want to carry it for long

Greater than one weekIve had the exact same bag that I paid easily double the price for over 5 years. Its flown with me to St. Moritz, Chile and on numerous trips out west. Its durable and very well made. I just purchased two more of them, one for my wife and daughter

Makeup bag Flip flops (for changing in the lobby) Goggles + 2 extra lenses Sunglasses case Hand warmers (didnt need!) 3 stocking hats 2 pair gloves Ski pants 2 pair base layer leggings Base layer top 5 neck warmers (just in case!) Fanny pack A few other accessories (including a trail map!) Love all the pockets. The ONLY disadvantage is that its heavy when fully loaded!!

> 3 dayHands down these are the best check your boots bags. They are great because: -you can pack clothing in the side pockets and on top to protect your boots and helmet. Not only are they very well protected but you can pack an amazing amount of stuff in here -there are straps you can use like a back pack but a pocket to put them in when checking so they dont get caught -handle on the top where you need it -very sturdy I have used these to travel internationally etc. I stupidly bought one of the cooler boot bags that look more like a backpack for my kidsand while maybe if I someday am mountain climbing with my boots and skis they might be better for checking your boots not so much--less room and no way to pad your helmet. So now I had to go back and buy more of the athalon bags seriously--the best

> 3 dayLove this bag. Shouldve gotten years sooner. I planned to take aboard aircraft as carry-on (it WILL fit in most U.S. airline overheads, though you may need to lay on side), but ended up checking instead (Im an airline pilot so its free either way) due to convenience. This bag is really all you need for a solo weekend skiing trip, though itll easily fit one pair of boots, two helmets, two goggles, two pairs of gloves, two sets of skiing accessories...if youre traveling with spouse/buddy. Yes, you could fit two pairs of boots, though you wouldnt have room for helmets, etc. Wonderful bag.

> 3 dayThis was a Christmas gift and I LOVE this bag. It does have so many compartments that sometimes I forget where everything is, but after a while of keeping things in the same places, its getting easier. Its got extra room too so I can put almost all my ski gear in it in our ski lease to keep it all out of the way. We bought one for my daughter who is a tall 8 year old and its pretty big for her, but she loves it too. Its great that it has that handle on the back so I can help her carry it from behind especially at the end of a long tiring ski day!

Greater than one weekI was super stoked when I first opened up the bag. Love the plaid print, it’s a big bag with left and right compartments for boots separate from the center compartment (which is huge). It’s big. Lots of compartments. My helmet fits in the middle with tons of space to spare for more stuff, though I left it mostly empty for this trip. Zipper pulls are nice. Zipper itself is mediocre. Disliked the metal hardware compared to the nicer ABS hardware on my eBags backpack. Big problem is the carry handle ripped off this thing the first time I used it. I have all fairly lightweight gear, Atomic Hawx boots, Oakley mod 3 helmet, Oakley goggles. A pair of DaKine spring gloves. Bag was picked up normally and carried maybe 250 feet with the handle, and it ripped loose like a tear away tag, like it was designed to. It’s a bad design. The padded grab handle on the front Is well-designed, sturdy and works well, but the top carry handle and stowable backpack strap hardware are deal-breakers. I’m going to be asking for a return on this bag.

> 3 dayFor the money, this is a great option for carrying your boots and gear. its roomy enough for size 12 boots, helmet, goggles, jacket, pants, long underwear, 2 pairs of gloves and more. its ideal for day/weekend trips via the car and occassional plane trips. if youre a heavy destination traveler via plane, i might look at different options from transpack since they have wider straps and beefier handles which will withstand checked bagging better. i have both packs and prefer the athlon for local trips. it has better back padding and is more comfortable in general. Transpack is more rugged and optimum for plane travel but much more expensive.

> 3 dayOrdered this for my daughter (age 10) and a different bag for my wife. This bag is far superior to the other. Fabric and zippers are both heavy-duty and look as if they will last a very long time and take a lot of abuse. Immediately returned the other boot bag and ordered a second one of these for my wife. This will be a bit large for the 10 year old but shell grow into it. Only critical comment: The colors are darker than they appear on my screen. I was expecting almost a baby-blue color, but its more of a steel blue. The gray is also darker. Much more practical colors for a ski boot bag, but if you are expecting a pale powder blue you may be disappointed.
