This is a very good product for any auto mechanic or at home DIYer auto or electrician. When connected to a ground source, it indicates when you probe a positive power source and gives you the voltage read out or when connected to a positive source, you have the opportunity to probe negative ground wires and has led lights that light up accordingly. Very pleased with this would recommend to anyone

Pretty good to use as a back up

The tester is much better than I used to see - high-quality casing and insulation, bright and easy-to-read display. Voltage measurement is a much-needed function - it saves tons of time when foaming around vehicle wiring and lets you do most of the tasks without ever needing a multimeter. Definitely worth the money and much-needed convenience upgrade for a typical multimeter operation. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Wish I had it sooner! This was surprisingly useful. Connects to either ground or positive circuit posts and indicates which you are testing, along with voltage present. Look forward to using it for tracing trailer wiring circuits.

Every DIY/weekend warrior NEEDS this tool in their collection! I can’t tell you how many times I needed something like this and didn’t have one. I’ve owned a few of these in the past, but they usually have tiny little alligator clips on them, and while helpful they are very useful. I was happy to see that this electronic probe test light had a way bigger ground clamp! Using this makes electrical testing so much easier. The coiled cord makes testing a few feet away very easy without mangled twisted up cable everywhere. That’s a very nice feature. I like that it shows a digital display of the voltage as well. I’ve never had a test light with this feature. Very handy for doing electrical work on any vehicle! Everyone needs a test light in their tool collection, and this one is great quality, so I highly recommend it!
