My physical therapist recommended this to help with carpal tunnel. Only problem is I can only use the lowest setting without feeling pain. I’ve gotten to the point where I have tolerance for a higher voltage, but the next level up is too much. I wish there was an in between, I just can’t find anything that shows the actual voltage, not generic levels of intensity. I also would like an option for a constant current, not just the pulsating or wave-like function. It has been helping however with the pain so I’m giving it 4 stars, would like to see these features in a product however.

After a long hard day at work, I can put this on my back and the top of my feet at the same time and let it do it’s job. Very happy!! Would highly recommend!! Easy to use and small enough to fit in your pocket as you clean :)

My friend recommended this TENS Unit...I spent $24 on this and was skeptical as how well it would work...Its been such a life saver..I wear it on my back ALL DAY..It stays charged for a solid 3 days and the sticky pads, stay sticky..Ive had it for 2 weeks and love it..Its light weight and has 4 leads..Easy to use and worth every penny..I suffer with herniated discs..protruding discs with tears and am in debilitating pain most days..My routine now is pain meds..ibuprofen..heating pad..a walker (I ordered from Amazon) and this TENS Unit and it has allowed me to be up and around most days..Ive also used it on my neck and shoulder!! So recommend.

I dont typically write reviews but I felt I really needed to for this product. This unit changed my life during a flare up of back pain that kept me from even getting out of bed. I was so excited because I was using those crappy ones from walgreens with the small pads and require batteries. I am going to start with my only complaint: the wires are very long, and for my use, I have to wrap them a ton of times in order to put it in my pocket and not have a wire hanging out. Here is what I love: 1. It is usb rechargeable, and the screen will tell you when the battery is low. It does not take long to recharge either 2) it has so many choices. Each channel can have 2 different sticky pads on them at a time, allowing you 4 to place all over your back if needed. Then, there are 10 different sensations and you can change the intensity. Because there are two pads to one channel, that means you can have two of them doing one sensation at a higher intensity, and have the other at a different sensation or intensity. 3. As long as you put in the effort, these sticky pads last forever. Clean your skin with water or rubbing alcohol because it removes loose skin cells and excess oil. Then when they are off, wipe down the sticky side with water, typically finger tips is all it takes but sometimes a wash cloth, just to get off any residue. Finally its VERY important that you put the pad back onto the plastic sheet and flatten it out completely or parts of it will dry out weird and lose efficacy 4. Within just a few minutes, I am able to move around again. I know that these types of machines have been being used on guys on youtube to simulate giving birth or even just as a stupid punishment in a challenge and they freak out and say it hurts too much. Dont listen to them. When used correctly and as a tool to help, not harm, you will love it. If it does hurt you, you either need to change the settings, the location of the pad, or there is something wrong with the product itself and you should reach out to auvon, which leads me to my last note 5) Auvon has amazing customer service. You have the 12th month warranty when you get the product. But in September, a year and 9 months after I bought mine, it had dropped from my counter and onto the floor and the screen broke. I contacted their customer service directly by email, provided pictures of my unit, and the receipt of when I purchased it. Not only did they immediately agree to send me a new one, they provided me with tracking information, the package got here very quickly, and they checked in a few days later to make sure I got it. 5 stars for sure.

More power than I thought.. Cant do over level 5 and there are 10! Long lasting.. 3 ticks on the battery bar and ran two 40 minute treatments and never exhausted 1 tick yet. Guess it was meant for all day use? Pads are SUPER STICKY. Surprised how good this little thing is. 1/4 the size of the one at the Chiros office and just gives me the same level. The office one may go much higher but I will never need that as this one almost had me in tears trying to experiment, way too strong on 7... My wife uses level 1-2... Pads are easy to re-use over and over, just dont throw away the clear plastic sheets.

These devices are non-invasive and works by sending electrical pulses through the skin to stimulate nerve pathways that can reduce or stop pain. They offer a variety of pressure and stimulation modes, and the electrode pads can be placed on various parts of the body where pain and muscle relief may be necessary, including ones legs, back, shoulders, arms, muscles, and joints. Some concerns that users should be aware of before purchasing TENS units include the possibility of experiencing allergic reactions to the electrode pads, uncomfortable sensations after using the device due to the electrical stimulation, and interference with implanted devices like pacemakers and defibrillators. I deal with and experience chronic pain myself on a daily basis (which can worsen due to constant weather changes, cold weather, rain, etc.), and find that adding the use of a TENS unit along with physical activity, such as stretching and walking, helps to improve and relieve any pain I may be experiencing depending on how intense the pain could be and where it is located. The adhesion of the pads could adhere better, but I found that cleaning the area with alcohol pads prior to sticking them on your skin helps. The modes could also use some form of description along with the icons to explain what each mode does, but the manual has info on what modes work best on different parts of the body (such as mode 5 and 7 working best on knees where I experience chronic pain the most).
