一見するとただのUSBメモリですが、中身はSSDなので読み書きが爆速です。 パッケージにはRead 600MB/s　Write 500MB/sと書いてありましたが、 CrystalDiskMarkで実測したらRead/Writeとも余裕で600MBを超えてました。 シーケンシャルだけでなく、ランダムもRead/Writeともに200MB/s以上と爆速だから、 ベンチマークは速いけど、体感は遅いという事もないです。 このSSD Driveは、SCSIの転送プロトコルをUSBで使用できるようにした USAPというUSBの拡張仕様に対応しているので、一般的なUSBメモリと比べて 超高速に読み書きができるのです。 ポータブルSSDも持ってるけど、この商品は普通のUSBメモリと 同じようなサイズで、圧倒的にコンパクト！ このサイズで、500GBの大容量というのも驚きです。 ボディはプラスチックなので高級感はないけど、その分軽量です。 放熱を考えると、金属ボディの方が良いような気がするけど、 ベンチマークを測定した感じでは、ほんのり暖かくなる程度で、 体温より低い温度でした。 <CrystalDiskMark> Sequential Read 632 MB/s Sequential Write 624 MB/s Random Read 239 MB/s Random Write 237 MB/s

USBメモリ型のSSDです。 SSDながら、言うまでもなく非常にコンパクト&超軽量。発熱もほとんど感じられず、速度も爆速と言うこと無し。 250GBモデルと同じく、あとは耐久性さえ問題が無ければ、モノとしては最高です。 500GBモデルですが、Windows11のシステムでは465GBと認識されました。 CrystalDiskMarkでは466GBとなっています。 参考値ですが、測定の結果、USB3.0ではReadが395.60MB/s、Writeが307.78MB/s。 USB3.1ではReadが412.43MB/s、Writeが322.68MB/sとなりました。 いずれも250GBモデルとほぼ同じ数値です。 ※ただしGenは不明。 最大読出速度600MB/s、最大書込速度500MB/s(USB3.2 Gen2の場合)と謳われているので、それと比べるとRead、Writeともに70%弱という結果となりました。 Writeが120%超となった250GBモデルと比べると物足りないですが、こちらがむしろ普通でしょう。70%であっても十分な速度が出ていると言えるのではないでしょうか。 Gen2で測定すれば、もっと高い数値になることも期待できます。 価格面を見てみると、有名メーカー製のUSBメモリ型SSDの500GBモデルが6,500-10,000円程度で販売されています。それだけを見ると8,500円前後の本商品は、あまり優位性が無いように思います。 ただ、250GBモデルと同じく、性能面では同価格帯の製品を上回っているように見えるので、その点では優位性があります。 手持ちのバッファロー製と比べても非常にコンパクトなので、サイズの面でも極めて優秀と言えます。 まだ耐久性については分かりませんが、少なくとも今のところは、強くオススメできるアイテムです。

I got this AXE MEMORY Portable SSD 250GB Solid State USB Drive to try. Ive tested different SSD-based flash drive recently. This one is one of the most portable ones. Here is my review. The good: - Super portable. It can easily fit onto a key ring. - Fast, SSD level speed. This is not the fastest flash drive Ive tried, but it is still way faster than your regular flash drive or an external HDD. - 256GB is a decent size. Other thoughts: - Price is on the high end if you compare it to an SSD with similar capacity. Summary: If portability and speed are what you are looking for, get this SSD USB drive. This drive is fast and easy to use. Im using it for photo backup and its great. It starts out really fast but will heat up over time and slow a bit. I would rather it speed limit for heat than cause errors. Im using this with windows 11. The snap on cap is a nice touch.

現在は同じ容量のSSDを使っています。 本機もこのサイズでSSDとの事で驚きました。 フォーマットがexFATでしたので、まずはNTFSに変換しました。 そして、速度と発熱を見るために1時間連続でファイルコピーをしてみました。 (前述のSSDからのデータコピーです。) 中身がSSDという事で爆速です。 そして、1時間後でもほんのり暖かい程度です。 コピー元のSSDの方がよほど熱いぐらいです。 「猛烈な熱」とのレビューもあり覚悟していたのですが、全然問題無さそうです。 私はこのデータコピーを終わらせて、現行のSSDと置き換える事にしようと思っています。 素晴らしい商品ですね。 皆様にオススメさせて頂きます。
