Greater than one weekThis is my first amber set but I normally wear prescription yellow lenses and have two different orange glasses. In terms of most blue blocking these are in the middle for me between orange(most) and yellow(lesser), theyre not sunglasses or are intended for direct sunlight. In fact it took me almost a year to adjust to wearing prescription yellows all the time, so I wouldnt wear these as sunglasses at all. Where amber shines is that you can get a little more visual contrast, if you were painting a room, flaws in paint or texture would be more distinct and discernable. If used while driving at night, it helps you recover your night vision significantly faster than not wearing them because blue light kills night vision very quickly. Amber tint is probably the highest Id go with for night driving but prefer Yellow > Amber > Clear > Orange in that order. Sitting at a computer screen Id rate Amber > Orange > Yellow > Clear. Theres no real reason to get polarized lenses for computer work unless you need to see White and dont want to turn down the brightness, under night appropriate light usage my polarized sunglasses are too dark everywhere else other than the screen and my LED lit keyboard. The biggest benefit Ive found is I can reduce/avoid most of the eye strain and can go to sleep easier than going to sleep because my eyes are exhausted, yellow isnt dark enough for that but amber and orange are.

> 3 dayIs blue light from devices something that will effect kids as they age. I dont know. I got these as a preventative measure as well as thinking wearing the glasses might serve as a reminder to pay attention the class instruction. Its so hard for younger kids to maintain interest when it isnt a computer game. So far child enjoys wearing.

> 3 dayMy kids have been asking for blue light blocking glasses for themselves since we started distance learning. I finally ordered these specifically designed for kids and my 9 year old couldnt be happier. The adult glasses were just big on her face and these are perfect for her little face and of course she loves the colors!

> 3 dayIf youre trying to block blue light… Im sure you have your reasons. I got these almost on a lark, and will probably only wear them on stream for the effect: they do look cool. The lenses are amber and block what looks like all blue light entirely, to my unscientific “whoa, everythings yellow!” eye. Its like shutting off the blue LEDs and pixels on screens, its kind of funky. Very comfortable and the build quality is better than other sunglasses and such Ive seen at lower price points, so theyre about what youd expect for the price. I only really buy into blue light blocking for sleep related issues, but I also just turn the lights off and get into bed when I want to sleep instead of trying to block blue light. The sky is blue, I mean, come on.

> 3 dayNot only do these sunglasses look great on but they do a great job blocking the light. They definitely got the color right on the lens and frame when making these!
