The anti-blue light helps mitigate eye fatigue over long working days and helps prevent eye strain. While putting them on, I noticed the hinges have a little play and can flex to fit a large head. The frame is not thin, yet it is not bulky either. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear over a long working day. Overall, I recommend these anti-blue light glasses to my friends.
They are very light and have the great advantage of being suitable for those who are not used to wearing eyeglasses because they do not weigh down on the nose and the splints do not constrict too much.
