If your using your phone or computer later at night it is killing your sleep due to the blue light being omitted from it. While it is alway better to not use these things at all an hour or two before bed I found these blue light blocking glasses do help! These came with a sleeve pouch, cleaning cloth, eye glass screw tightener and blue light tester. Overall a great value for the price and very gift-able with the nice box they came in.

Ive tried out a lot of blue-light-blocking glasses, and these ones definitely stick out due to the orange-tinted lenses. The frames feel a little thin but solid enough that they wont break. There is also some flex in the arms that Im not used to. The presentation is excellent; it came with a nice cloth bag, a lens cleaning cloth, a repair/tightening screwdriver tool and also a blue light flashlight, and a blue-light sensitive card. The idea is you flash the blue light on the card to see it discolor (the discoloring fades after a few seconds), then shine the blue light through the lenses at the card, to show that the lenses block that blue light. Pretty cool!

Got these for my step-son as he is starting his distance learning. He likes them a lot and says that they help his eyes not to hurt so much. They are good quality for what I paid and two pairs means one got to be sent home for him to use at moms house if he wants.

This is my first amber set but I normally wear prescription yellow lenses and have two different orange glasses. In terms of most blue blocking these are in the middle for me between orange(most) and yellow(lesser), theyre not sunglasses or are intended for direct sunlight. In fact it took me almost a year to adjust to wearing prescription yellows all the time, so I wouldnt wear these as sunglasses at all. Where amber shines is that you can get a little more visual contrast, if you were painting a room, flaws in paint or texture would be more distinct and discernable. If used while driving at night, it helps you recover your night vision significantly faster than not wearing them because blue light kills night vision very quickly. Amber tint is probably the highest Id go with for night driving but prefer Yellow > Amber > Clear > Orange in that order. Sitting at a computer screen Id rate Amber > Orange > Yellow > Clear. Theres no real reason to get polarized lenses for computer work unless you need to see White and dont want to turn down the brightness, under night appropriate light usage my polarized sunglasses are too dark everywhere else other than the screen and my LED lit keyboard. The biggest benefit Ive found is I can reduce/avoid most of the eye strain and can go to sleep easier than going to sleep because my eyes are exhausted, yellow isnt dark enough for that but amber and orange are.

These fit just fine. They look pretty cool too! They definitely reduce the blue intensity. I expected these to light things up a little but, they actually keep everything about the same shade it seems. Overall, Im happy with these, pretty cool.

Mine were to small but the kids really like to look and said it didn’t bother them to look at the screen as much

Both my kids loved it. Now that school has started, my son is using his glasses for the distance learning. I have a niece who doesn’t have them. My niece complains about headaches after she is done with the distance learning and my son who uses his glasses is just fine. So I’m really glad I got him these glasses.

Fit well and amber enough to cut down glare and just over all lights well. I have a more expensive pair I ordered from a different company and I believe these are just about as good.

These blue-light filtering glasses could use some minor improvements, but theyre still good overall in my opinion. As others have noted, theyre not polarized--this is probably the biggest drawback. Aside from that, I found the tint rather strong compared to some other blue-light filter glasses I have. Overall though, this is an excellent additional pair to add to the lineup for occasional use.
