> 3 dayWow. Youre considering paying $15 for a 30-minute long commerical of toys operating (oh, and look, you can order these toys, conveniently, from our website) and some really, really lame puppetry, and some shots of kids banging around on aforementioned toys (oh, and look, you can order these toys, conveniently, from our website--sic), and some of the most passionless, artless music I have ever heard. Please reconsider. Yes, it might keep your small child interested for a while, but there are much better ways to spend your money if that is what you want. (My small children are wildly entertained by ripping up toilet paper, for instance--for this price, you can buy a lot of toilet paper) If you want your kid to like Beethoven, why not buy them an actual CD of an actual orchestra playing actual music? I found this DVD incredibly dissapointing.

> 3 dayAll my children love this video, from my seven-year-old down to my 5-month-old. The music is fun sounding. It is not exactly traditional instead the creator of the videos has embellished each symphony and Fur Elise to sound more play-timey. Still, my older two children are able to identify the music when they hear it on the radio as being a piece from the video. My husband and I like it because it is not filled with dribble. Most childrens videos are mostly talking and can, in many instances, be downright dumb to the adult mind. We are not as easily annoyed with these videos as we are with, say, Bob the Builder or Thomas the Tank Engine.

Greater than one weekGreat DVD. Keeps my son interested. My daughter (6) even loves watching it, as she remembers watching Baby Einstein when she was little. Fast shipping, great service. Couldnt be happier!

> 3 daymy son *loves* the baby einstein series. baby mozart is one of the few things that will get him to sit still for more than five minutes, and he gets a big smile on his face when he hears just the intro to the tapes. there were a couple things that really disappointed me about this tape. first, the advertising for all of the tapes in the series comes before any of the actual content, so each time you pop the tape in, you need to actually fast forward past the our purpose is for parents to have fun with their children section showing off all of the products. i didnt mind it being at the end of the tape, and weve actually watched through the advertisement on the baby mozart tape a couple of times. second, the sound quality was *horrible*, at least on the copy of the vhs tape that we purchased. (and this is not something that i usually notice.) a lot of the recorded music was very static-y. at the same time, the content was adorable and the music is something that, if the quality of the recording would be better, i wouldnt mind sitting through hundreds of times (as i have with the baby mozart tape). lots of cute little toys moving around to fit the music with colors that my son loves to look at. the puppet show sections of the tape are well done.

> 3 dayWell, I bought this DVD because my little girl LOVES music, LOVES Beethoven and Ive always heard that Baby Einstein was great stuff. So, I anxiously put in the DVD upon its arrival and watched it with my baby girl. I have to say, Ive never dropped acid in my life but if I were to choose to do so, I would think the drug experience would be a lot like watching this DVD....what a trip! Weird spinning, colored lights.....mechanical bears shaking around.....random toys being pulled across the screen.....psychadelic, man!! Needless to say, I wasnt impressed and apparently my daughter wasnt either. I think she watched maybe 5 minutes and she was off doing something else. With that being said, she watched a Beethoven Biography with me one morning and stayed glued to the T.V. for 50 minutes solid!! I say, bypass the drug trippy Baby Einstein DVD and just go with the real deal. Either play Beethoven CDs while you play with your little one or watch a biography about the man himself, like we did. Thats just my 2 cents though......
