Baby Einstein - Baby Beethoven - Symphony of Fun

My son has the entire Baby Einstein collection and LOVES them. I highly recommend purchasing Baby Mozart and Baby Beethoven first. He started watching these at four months. Now, he is two and enjoys the more advanced ones much better, but this one was a life saver the first year. As far as the reviewer who said do yourself a favor and buy a camcorder . . . sure, these videos are simplistic and maybe that person could have made a better DVD in their basement, but they didnt, and the maker of Baby Einstein is a millionaire. They are not horrible, horrible videos. Many infants and young children LOVE them, and other fancier videos will bore them for the most part. My son was mesmerized, and that is all that counts! Socks for puppets and all! It is worth your money to try one, although I would try Baby Mozart first.

Although she does not have the attention span to watch the entire DVD the moments it does hold her attention it really captivates her.

What a great dvd! My daughter loves them, and since they dont have obnoxious singing kids or sappy sweet characters, my husband and I dont mind them. The only drawback is you still get the music stuck in your head, but hey, its Beethoven, so it could be much worse! I dont know why my daughter gets so engrossed in these movies, but she does. My husband and I can now even leave her with a sitter and shes just fine. I dont like to plop her in front of the TV very often, but a few times a week gives me the opportunity to put away groceries, pick up a bit...etc. Wow! Theres nothing else like it.

Excelent conditions. Plays even better than the brand new that I bought. The new ones seems to have a beep or electric noise and this one dosent.

Excellent product and service...my grandson and I are thoroughly enjoying watching the DVD! Product in great condition and received in a timely manner.

I was thrilled when my parents gave me this DVD. The twins (2 months old) listen to classical music throughout the day and to have a Baby Einstein video that incorporates something visual to go along with the music was a brillant concept. However, Baby Einstein failed to deliver anything visually stimulating or educational. I am very disappointed, I expected more from Baby Einstein.

I caught my 5 week old son staring at the saints game on tv and was thinking no way he is actually watching this, so we popped in this baby beethoven dvd someone bought us before he was born to see if he really would watch it this early. He loves it! We watched this morning and I dont think he turned his head away from the tv once. I even turned him around and he turned his head with the tv. It works.

My husband and I have almost all of these for our children and love them, because they keep the children preoccupied. The woman who created them deserves a nobel prize.
