Been taking it for 3-4 days and already feel the benefits from the second or third dose. Sleep quality awesome (giving that straight 8 hrs quota) and, overall, good feeling in general. Switched to this from the popular Natures Way one (not sure if the Gotu or Ashwa of NW that caused palpitation by 2nd week) and so far no side effects. Will update in a few days should there be any, just wanted to put out the positive review to counter the negs out there. Thanks BB - keep the good stuff coming!

Honestly from my experience using Gotu Kola it was an excellent calming and circulation improving herb. I believe the Natures Way gave me these effects. But I cant say the same for Banyan Botanicals. They claim their products are organic and superior. However, a lot of the stuff I bought from them barely if any effects? Perhaps because they grow their products in the desert? I dont know all I know is that its not working on me and I am surprised to read all the positive reviews. Maybe they gave me an old one? THe color of the powder is a yellowish green not green green. Maybe thats why? If anyone else has experienced similar results from this product please leave a comment. Thanks

I gave it a 4 stars, because so far so good. I have seeing improvement on my circulation on my legs. And this is why I purchase this product. I dont want to give it a total 5 stars due to is too soon to give the extra star. But I must say Banyan Botanicals has being very attentive to my order. Thank you so much. Plus the price was excellent.

I bought this to improve the quality of my sleep and to ease my anxiety. I didnt find it help my anxiety but my sleep quality improved for sure. I had trouble falling back to sleep after about 5 hours of sleep. After 2 weeks taking this, I could easily fall back to sleep. Great customer service, too! They were out of the 1/2 LB bag but sent me the 1 LB bag without charging me extra. Wow......

This stuff is DELICIOUS! I know thats not very informative. I havent had it long enough to report results. I just know its going to be easy for me to take it. I eat it dry off the spoon or stir it into a green drink. The taste is complex : bitter, molasses-like, floral.
