Greater than one weekI love that this is pure Brahmi with no added fillers. However the taste is quite bitter and I needed to idea tsp of honey to make it more palatable. Maybe Ill try it in capsule form next time.

> 3 dayGotu Kola has helped ease my anxiety issues. I have hyperactive adrenal glands and suffer from a lot of undistinct anxiety, gotu kola noticeably eases the stress on my adrenal glands. They feel much more stable. This is a great herb and a great distributer.

Greater than one weekI put 1/2 teaspoon in 3/4 cup of warm to semi hot water & I stir w a small metal whisk. I add some lemon juice for flavor and honestly the taste is more than tolerable & depending on the temperature of the water the consistency is great. The effects of this brand in my opinion is rather mild. I will not be purchasing this particular brand again.
