I absolutely will never go without this stuff. I have been using it for about 2 months now, daily. I put half a teaspoon in my morning tea. It tastes and smells like crap but if you can knock a shot of alcohol back with no prob, this shouldn’t be an issue esp knowing the benefits for your body. with continued use you will notice a difference. It helps with mental clarity and anxiety.

My husband has MS and has vision problems due to the nerves in his eyes being damaged. The Banyan Gotu Kola tea we make almost completely eliminates the crossing of his right eye, which usually happens episodically throughout the day. We simmer 2 oz of GK in about 1 1/2 cups of water for 10 minutes and let it steep for an hour, then strain. This is enough for two or three days. I highly recommend this for anyone with nervous system disorders.

I do notice increased focus - I always couple it with matcha... Helps with the A.D.D on days I need to get my paperwork done and think clearly.

This stuff is spiritual medicine. I perceive it as a plant-friend. One teaspoon daily in a glass of water will do tremendous work with your heart. Feels like the friendliest heart chakra friend you can imagine.

Honestly from my experience using Gotu Kola it was an excellent calming and circulation improving herb. I believe the Natures Way gave me these effects. But I cant say the same for Banyan Botanicals. They claim their products are organic and superior. However, a lot of the stuff I bought from them barely if any effects? Perhaps because they grow their products in the desert? I dont know all I know is that its not working on me and I am surprised to read all the positive reviews. Maybe they gave me an old one? THe color of the powder is a yellowish green not green green. Maybe thats why? If anyone else has experienced similar results from this product please leave a comment. Thanks
