I absolutely will never go without this stuff. I have been using it for about 2 months now, daily. I put half a teaspoon in my morning tea. It tastes and smells like crap but if you can knock a shot of alcohol back with no prob, this shouldn’t be an issue esp knowing the benefits for your body. with continued use you will notice a difference. It helps with mental clarity and anxiety.

Ive ordered this in the past but the bag I just received isnt Gotu Kola. As another reviewer mentioned, it looks like finely chopped hay.

Its not a Brahmi it is Gotu Kola, the quality is very good as all Banyan Botanicals herbs

I bought this to improve the quality of my sleep and to ease my anxiety. I didnt find it help my anxiety but my sleep quality improved for sure. I had trouble falling back to sleep after about 5 hours of sleep. After 2 weeks taking this, I could easily fall back to sleep. Great customer service, too! They were out of the 1/2 LB bag but sent me the 1 LB bag without charging me extra. Wow......
