I do notice increased focus - I always couple it with matcha... Helps with the A.D.D on days I need to get my paperwork done and think clearly.

I liked this power form rather then using the drops I was initially using. I put it in my morning smoothie. Very easy to use

I gave it a 4 stars, because so far so good. I have seeing improvement on my circulation on my legs. And this is why I purchase this product. Gotu Kola has helped ease my anxiety issues. I have hyperactive adrenal glands and suffer from a lot of undistinct anxiety, gotu kola noticeably eases the stress on my adrenal glands. They feel much more stable. This is a great herb and a great distributer.
