> 3 dayI love this! I ordered the white one with spots and the poodle online, but i got the newborns at a store. These little cuties are so great for cuddling!! The bow on the poodle is adorble, and the 17 in size is perfect for cuddling. It is also has a great fit in Build A Bear Promise Pets clothing, so its fun to accessorize! The newborns are great if you cant fit your big, cuddly, pound puppy in your travel bag. The newborns are 7 in compared to the larger 17 in size, so great to fit in your backpack, purse, ect. I just love them, they are all adorable!!!!

> 3 dayLove the pound puppies! I had one as a child (shown on the right), so I ordered one for my little kid. From the packaging to the design, everything is great!! I do think the stuffing material is a little different, so hopefully these will hold up as well as the original. Time will tell, but I have my doubts.

Greater than one weekIt looks the same as the one I owned in the 80’s, but with some improvements. The material is felt-like, more like a very short fur coat. Instead of a thread stitched in one spot of the foot to create the toe, there is stitching. The original design, the thread would fall off and/or break so that the foot would lose the appearance of having toes. The new design doesn’t have that problem. My youngest daughter loves this toy. I had one when I was her age, and it brings so many warm memories watching her enjoy this one.

> 3 dayI got this for Christmas for my granddaughter. It is just like the one that my dad bought me when I was her age. We lost him this year, so this passed on sweet memory gift was so perfect and meaningful.

> 3 dayWe bought this as a gift for a 4 year old who quickly fell in love with it and sleeps with it every night! My own children (4 and 6) have one each as well and they have gotten a lot of love and play. I actually still have my original Pound Puppy from 1986 and this looks and feels very, very similar. I was so pleased to see that since many of the retro toys I find for my kids are not the same quality they used to be. The Pound Puppies come in a box that looks like a dog house, which adds to the play. My kids loved the concept of the adoption certificate and naming the puppies. They quickly set up a Pet Adoption Center and a Veterinarian Office with their pretend play things. This is currently my go-to gift for preschoolers, and I would recommend it for kids ages 3-8...and parents who were born in the 1980s!
