Greater than one weekMy stepdad is always doing stuff with cars in the garage. I got this for him, and he says that it works the way it is supposed to. The mat is thin, so it likely wont take a LOT of liquid/oil at a time, but it is washable and reusable. It is nicer looking and safer than having a cut up cardboard box on the ground which can be a slipping hazard if you step on it just right/wrong. If anything goes wrong with the mat, I will update my review. Right now everything is working as it should.

> 3 dayMy husband changes the oil in our vehicles himself. This product works well for protecting the area underneath where he is working from oil stains. It is just the right size. This product feels durable and folds up easily. It stores nicely in a compact space in between oil changes. It is a great product for anyone who changes their oil on themselves.

> 3 dayIt was cheap so I took a shot. Fortunately, my need was temporary. I was surprised at how light the package was when it arrived. I was hoping for a thicker rubber but the bottom of the mat seems like plastic. As mentioned, it wasnt much thicker than card stock or the cover of a paperback book. The edges didnt lay flat when I laid it down. After blowing away in the breeze, I ended up using bricks to keep it in place. The good news is that it handled the drips coming from my dads car but I want to stress that we only used it for a couple weeks until the leak was fixed. If youre looking for a cheap and temporary solution, this might fit the bill.

> 3 dayJust received this, I wouldn’t exactly call this a mat. It is a piece of felt with plastic on one side. Could wad it up like paper. For sure not worth $8! Should be sold in the dollar store! Junk!

> 3 dayThis is a very durable mat. I laid it down inside my garage, and it protects the floor from those liquids that drip from my car.

Greater than one weekThis is a great mat for under the sink! Easy to cut to the size I needed and one was enough for under two sinks! I disagree with the instructions to put the slippery side down, though. The other side is like felt and I fee it would grab dirt and dust, etc and would be hard to clean. So, I put it in with the more rubber side up so it can just be wiped off with a paper towel.

> 3 dayJust what I was looking for, installs easy. I used four pieces of carpet tape at the corners to hold down flat and wrinkle free.
