Nice little printer but the Ethernet portion doesn’t work and the company has a really poor customer service support.

Not Compatible with MacBook pros.. First, you need to call tech support to connect your computer with the printer so they can communicate with each other in order to print something. Then after that, you still have to go through all these time-consuming obstacles on the laptop just to print a label. not worth it

No product support from manufacturer. Tried multiple drivers and still couldnt get the labels to format correctly. Impossible to get tech support. Directions are not clear. I returned it.

Set up easily- 15 min- Easy to use and labels print quickly and clearly. Should have bought years ago- no more hassle with printing shipping labels.

I really recommend this printer as it will save you a lot of time and money. No replacement cartridge costs anymore. Setup was easy. I use it to print shipping labels and barcodes as well. Very reliable and fast printer.

Great printer, easy set up

The picture is deceiving. Much bigger than what you see. Did not connect with Postmate software. Had to return this. Driver download site looks suspicious!

This label printer prints labels fast and makes inventory much easier. Can use it with all the major shipping platforms like amazon, ebay, ups, and more. Well worth the money I spent on it.

For the price it is a great shipping label printer.
