> 3 dayI successfully set this printer up on a Windows PC using both USB and ethernet. While the prints were not comparable to the labels on packages received from Amazon, they got the job done. Two months after I tried setting the printer up on Linux using CUPS. I ran the install script and driver provided on their website. The prints produced had jagged unfilled lines. I also tried the generic Zebra ZPL driver which did not produce better prints. The firmware version out of the box was V10.03.05. They did have a V10.03.06 firmware provided on their website. I updated the firmware hoping this would resolve the issue. I was mistaken. After updating the firmware the prints on linux printed a half shaded block, no text or anything resembling the desired printing label. I contacted customer service via email, no response. They have live chat on their website, which is a live chat with a bot that links you to pages on their website. Clicking on chat with agent sends you on an endless loop to square one asking what your issue is.

> 3 dayTo use with Ethernet, we had to install the drivers this way. This is for the BCL110(203dpi) thermal printer on Windows 10. We connected the USB and the Ethernet cable. Run the BCL series Printer Driver install. Then run the BCL Utility. Be sure to setup the TC/IP ports. Run Get info. Print test page. If not successful, add new port, etc. When test print is successful, then do next steps to work with UPS website. Install the latest version of Java. Install Google Chrome (will NOT work with Firefox). Go to UPS website and install thermal printer driver. Very poor info from BCLs website. Tech support was closed when we called, although they say 24 hour support. Once working, very good quality. Works with other programs for other label applications.

> 3 dayI really recommend this printer as it will save you a lot of time and money. No replacement cartridge costs anymore. Setup was easy. I use it to print shipping labels and barcodes as well. Very reliable and fast printer.

> 3 dayI print roughly 2000 labels per year. I was using a standard 8.5 x 11, Two (2) per page sheet labels on a laser printer. I needed something more economical. After searching and researching, I choose this, the BCL110 4 x 6, ethernet/USB label printer. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The installation was like any printer being installed on a Windows PC, after first installing the drivers of course. You download the drivers from the website. The printer prints extremely fast and because it is thermal printing, there is no chance for the labels to be washed out if they get wet. This is a bonus. With the ethernet capability, I can locate the printer why from the PC. Pros: Compact size Reasonable price Ethernet and USB connection Waterproof labels No need to buy printer ink Roll stock or fan-fold labels are economical Fast printing, extremely fast Great print quality Cons: 203 DPI, but is looks much crisper than that. So, not much of a con. Could improve on the user instructions
