> 3 dayThe picture is deceiving. Much bigger than what you see. Did not connect with Postmate software. Had to return this. Driver download site looks suspicious!

> 3 dayGreat quality for the money. Prints fast and clear labels. Compact so easy to store. Labels are a nice low price also. Easy to install for first use and when I replaced the label roll it was very simple took less then a few seconds. Would recommend this printer to other interested buyers.

> 3 dayIt is not easy to use. BCL do not have their driver on their website at the time I tried to download from their website. If you search google you can have the instruction said you will need to install Zebra driver to use device. Compare to Zebra ZP 450, I’m not feeling BCL has 300 dpi quality. Otherwise everything is good, if you are looking for device cheaper than Zebra ZP 500, can use same driver like ZP500. It’s good. The PC will recognize it is ZP500, only you know it is BCL. Do not compare tech support as Zebra — can’t.

> 3 dayFor some reason even with tech support we cannot get the orientation correct and the label is always on page 2 so we have to select only page 2 to print and the text size doesn’t fill the label. It prints fast however and is serving the purpose

> 3 dayGetting this label maker has made selling things on etsy so much easier. Instead of going to the post office and forming the postage there, I can just do it all online and drop it off. Its really saved me loads of time at the post office.

> 3 dayNot Compatible with MacBook pros.. First, you need to call tech support to connect your computer with the printer so they can communicate with each other in order to print something. Then after that, you still have to go through all these time-consuming obstacles on the laptop just to print a label. not worth it
