I definitely found relief from my sciatica pain. I highly recommend it. It’s an excellent product. Anyway I found it very easy to put on very clear instructions. Once I put this on, I was able to walk much further without any pain. It was a definite improvement. I highly recommend this product if you have sciatica.

Easy to use and offers some lower back pain relief

First off, I have to say that my sciatic pain has decreased dramatically since wearing this device. Now that that is out of the way, lets get on to the rest. Its one size fits all is too big for me on cold days, it just slips off, and the velcro pieces are too small to be able to pull tight enough. I have to mention this because I do not have small calf muscles by any means, and I still have issues. The other major issue I have is the plastic piece the strap goes through is large and poorly located. If my leg is bent at 75 degrees or more the plastic piece digs into the tendons on the outside of my knee and causes a lot of pain. They were close on this one, but they need to go back to the drawing board on design and overall comfort.

For those like me suffering from sciatica, this can provide some relief. It’s important to get the pressure point in the right spot and you might need to try some slight adjustments to feel some relief. This isn’t a miracle worker, so you need to manage expectations. Some relief is better than none and that’s what I get with this. At least I am able to walk with less pain. Use it in combination with some stretching, local topical pain cream or patches and oral pain meds like Alleve for the best relief.

This may be the best thing I ever bought. Was using a cream for pain. Put on this velcro strap and my pain stooped almost immediately. Trust me, folks, Just give it a try. Its worth the money. Paul Meredith Vienna, OH.

the directions for putting it on your calf,either right or left are clear,and the directions say do not wear more than 2 hours at a time..it is adjustable but you must get the large disc in the right spot..i need to try it a few more times to say for sure,but it seemingly did nothing to alleviate sciatic pain..

Fits just fine. Very comfortable. Work within just a few minute. Its the best sleep ive gotten in a long time Didnt wake up all Stiff. I love this thing.
