Firstly, it took too long. It told me it was going to be delivered same day, but it took over 24 hours. It was very upsetting. After waiting and receiving the package at around 9pm, I filled her up, plugged it in + nothing. There was a red light so I tried following all the protocols in the manual and nothing worked. I’m so upset, because I was very excited to use this.

How to Clean My Humidifier?
We suggest that you clean the humidifier every three days. That might sound like a lot of work, but it’s worth doing to avoid the dreaded humidifier lung.
1. Unplug and disassemble your humidifier.
2. Fill the tank with water as you normally would, but add 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar (citric acid powder, or a similar weak acid also applied)
3. Let this mixture sit in the tank for 30 minutes.
4. Empty the humidifier, and use a cleaning brush and cloth to scrub any areas with buildup.
5. Rinse all the parts and let them air dry for 30 to 60 minutes before you’re ready to use the humidifier again.
