Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones - Shadow Gray (Renewed)

The headphones were staticky and still had the previous owners info when connected. Apparently these were not tested before being sold!

Ordered to replace a damaged pair of Beats Studio3 i already owned. Expected a lower quality than brand new but I was pleasantly surprised. The sound quality and noise cancellation are top tier. Great deal and great headphones.

Never been more frustrated with Amazon. I got these headphones excited to try them out. The noise canceling started to turn itself on and off after a week so I went to return the headphones through an Amazon locker. They picked up the headphones and it’s been two weeks now and I have still not received a refund, when it says it only takes up to 7 days. So not only did the headphones not work, but I am now having to wait for my money back longer than what is stated on their agreement, and I haven’t even been given the refund. And they even told me that the headphones were returned to their facility.

Headphones arrived faulty, with the left headphone not working. Supplier wouldnt replace or honour the price I originally paid. Only offered a refund

These head phones are loosely put together, one side of the faom pieces for the headphone is all messed up not to mention one is smaller then the other, I paid all together 200 and some odd dollars just to see a look of disappointment on my fiancé’s face as he opened the beats case..I want a pair that are correctly made!

I received my beats studio and the first thing I noticed is the box looks as if it was never opened before. I said okay that could just be some magic trick that they use to make it look legit. I opened the box it was rough at first because I have nails and nails and stubborn boxes don’t mix well. When I finally got done going to war with the box victory was won by me I was rather surprised to see that nothing and I mean nothing looked as if it’s been touch before. The cords and charging cable appear to be brand new which is the perfect match with my beats. Okay now I’m stoked because I absolutely love the color of my beats I turn them on to pair them and it was completely dead. My heart sunk to the pits of hell. I charged them up for 10 minutes so I can pair my headphones as I was still nervous about the sound quality. At last I paired the headphone to my phone super easy but I have a iPhone so that may help. I hurry up and played a song out my iTunes and I must say the quality is very good to me. I have beats solo already and I will say this is a upgrade to those. The bass is much richer and stronger with ANC on it makes it even better although it’s so loud and deep you don’t really need the ANC unless you’re literally using these for more of a studio purpose and want to focus on certain parts of a song. Over all I’m completely happy I took this chance to order them I also paid for A extra warranty on them just in case they go out on me in the near future but over all I’m very pleased
