Bought these as a gift for my husband’s birthday, couldn’t have imagined just how much he would love them! Beautiful colors, so sleek with the matte finish. Amazing noise cancellation technology, to the point that he can’t hear me when I’m standing a foot away from him! Perfect way to avoid your nagging wife LOL

Overall this is a great product, my only issue whit this is the quality of the build. I have had these for 3 months and I have always been worried about how flimsy they feel. This weekend my fears came to fruition. the headphones broke at the metal logo. I got apple care for them, but when I went to the apple store that said that this counts as customer damage and that apple care would not cover the damage. If you want quality headphones that are not going to instantly break I would recommend going with Sony, Raycon, or Audio-Technica.

I traded in the Bose qc35 iis because they were too quiet. These are awesome. Definitely recommend to skeptical shoppers. It comes out of the box brand new, with no evidence of previous use. 10/10 would recommend.

I opened the box and the headband was snapped on both sides and was flopping on both sides. I called to get a return but they would not give me one. terrible service and terrible product

Very disappointed in overall package of the product. Didn’t get the carrying case. I will be returning this item.

Do not buy these unless youre just after the aesthetic appeal (and are fully aware of this). These Beats are the perfect manifestation of what happens when you try to please the wrong crowd. Beats have never been about accurate sound signature — you purchase Beats because they sound fun, and youre okay with that.
