When I opened the box, there was hair stuck in the plastic, and someone’s nasty head grease on the padding. I understand these were re-conditioned, but couldn’t they at least wipe them down?

These were supposed to be refurbished. Theyre just used and not even cleaned up well. The inside of the ears are brown and stink.... do not waste your money. I wouldnt even charge them up because Im not putting those on my head. Disgusting. If they were refurbished they would have replaced the pads inside that are brown and stink!

I had purchased the on-ear version and they sounded great, but I could only wear them an hour or so as they got uncomfortable. Battery life was amazing (over two weeks of nightly use). They may be fine for some people, but I couldn’t take the clamp pressure. I opted up for the over-ear version with same battery life and they are great.
