> 24 hourOur granddaughter loves this puzzle that we gave her for her 5th birthday! I had been looking at it for over a year. Decided the timing was right--a good challenge, but no so challenging that she would get too frustrated The puzzle can be put together from left to right, or from right to left. This will determine whether you are using capital letters or lower case letters. Also, they need to be tracking their alphabet, (what comes next) as they are identifying the letters. The letters correlate to the name of the animal/bird etc puzzle piece. For example, V is for vulture. Some animals are fairly common and easily identifiable, while others are a little more challenging. We also have the spatial aspect of the puzzle. This puzzle is put together a little differently than some---yes, you are going in one direction, but some of the pieces are a little more challenging to figure out how they connect to the previous piece. So, you are dealing with 1) the spatial aspects of putting the puzzle together, 2) tracking the letters of the alphabet, 3) Remembering whether the letter is upper or lower case, and 4) identifying the animal as a clue to what letter this might be. The only negative point about this puzzle (in my opinion) is that it does not have a lid or a case. Once you tear the plastic off of the puzzle, you do have a nice little box that its in, but nothing to prevent pieces from being spilled or lost. Overall, though, its a wonderful puzzle!

> 24 hourI should have looked at the image more closely because I have several problems with the images on the puzzle: 1) All of the people represented (although two of them are genderless astronaut cartoons, they are named on the back) are men -- no women at all are shown; 2) telescopes do not stick out of their domes -- the whole point of a dome is to protect the telescope; 3) There cannot be a star in front of the disk of the Moon, even when its seen as crescent, because the stars are all further away from Earth than the Moon; and 4) Venus does not have highly structured clouds but rather a quite featureless atmosphere. I could go on (the size of Saturns rings relative to the planet, the location of the continents on the globe), but suffice it to say that Im returning it.

> 24 hourGreat puzzle, did good with a q for quail! The boy I got it for has a dad in charge of a quail program for a university, however, n? For nightingale??, with a foul that looks like a duck? I could kind of understand had it been at least even painted the color of one, or at least had all animals, not X-rays and unicorns! Great puzzle though to parents , who notice these things:) was a lovely gift!

> 24 hourThis is an awesome and unique puzzle. Not only is it very well made and pretty, but its super useful for creative and spatial thinking, as well as learning letters of course. I was concerned that it would be boring for my son, after solving it a few times, since the alphabet doesnt change. However, I was totally wrong. Because of the nature of the shapes, it is always a fun challenge and not something you can just memorize position-wise, regardless of how well you know the alphabet. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that there are lowercase letters on one side and uppercase on the other, so you can solve the puzzle in two directions. My 3.5 year old loves this, and so do I!

> 24 hourMy 2 1/2 year old granddaughter loves this puzzle, At this point, she needs help putting it together, as some sections can be a little tricky ( for me as well.) Even so, she likes all the animals and has the alphabet down pat. The puzzle is well-made and the colors are bright and cheerful. I highly recommend the Animal Parade as well as the Counting Chameleon puzzle also by BeginAgain.

> 24 hourBought for my grandson. Depending on the childs age, it can be challenging. It was a very fun activity for both my grandson and their parents to do together. Note my grandsons both have autism and this puzzle animals kept their attention. Used to teach letters, colors, while making animal sounds. Just a fun activity

> 24 hourThis is a delightful way for both families of our grandchildren to learn their ABCs while also learning about the adventures of space and our planetary system. Their parents who both went to Space Camp and Space Academy as children and teenagers LOVE this puzzle. Everyone wants to play with it.

> 24 hourThis was bought for a 4 yr old and kids as old as 60+ are fascinated with it. The alphabet on it is really nice but this 3D puzzle get so many parts of the brain working with hands involved. Puzzle is very sturdy and superior quality for the price. One side has upper case letters while other side has lower case so when kids claim its so easy now flip it over and put it together backwards :) Kids love it and gladly accept the challenge. Awesome buy!
